8.4 Spare List

Overview: Lists the spare parts held for each machine, with their current stock and reorder levels.

Purpose: Track the spare parts held for each machine.

Procedure

1.      From the Maintenance Department menu, open Spare List.

2.      Review the spare parts and their stock levels.

3.      Click Add Spare List to add a spare part (see 8.4.1).
