1.3.3 Battery Passport Search
1.3.3 Battery Passport Search
Overview: The Battery Passport gives full traceability of every module and the cells inside it. A Battery Passport search is available in the dashboard header: scan or enter a module barcode to see the module’s passport, then open the passport of any cell linked to it.
Purpose: Trace a module to the cells it contains, and each cell to its sorting data, from a single search.
MENU PATH Menu › Dashboard › Battery Passport (header)
Procedure
1. Click the Battery Passport icon in the dashboard header to open the search.
2. Scan or type the module barcode (for example, DNA0920260006).
3. The Module Passport opens. Review the number of cells attached, the module status and the module details (see the list below).
4. In the Cells list, click any cell barcode to open its Cell Passport.
5. Review the cell’s sorting data – status, item name, part number and the module it is linked to.
6. Use the breadcrumb (module / cell) at the top of the Cell Passport to go back to the module, the copy icon next to a barcode to copy it, or × to close the passport.

The Module Passport shows:
• Cells – the number of cells attached to the module.
• Status – the module’s production status (for example, Processed).
• Details – part number, order, assembly line, begin time and end time.
• Cells list – the barcode of every cell linked to the module; click a barcode to open its Cell Passport.

The Cell Passport shows:
• Status – the cell’s current status (for example, Assigned).
• Details – item name and part number of the cell.
• Linked To – the module the cell is assembled into.

NOTE : Because every cell is linked to its module, a Battery Passport search gives complete module-to-cell traceability for audits.
