8.2.1 MTBF / MTTR – Create Entry

Overview: A form for recording failures of a machine. The system calculates the days between failures automatically.

Purpose: Record failure events so that MTBF and MTTR are calculated automatically.

Procedure

1.      Select the Machine Name.

2.      Select the First Failure Date and Last Failure Date. Days Between Failures and Days Excluding Sundays are calculated automatically.

3.      Complete the remaining required details and click Submit.
