1.1 Introduction

The DNA Netra Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for Electric Vehicle (EV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing is a digital platform that monitors, controls and optimises production processes in real time. Built specifically for EV and BESS production, the MES comprises a suite of microservices developed for the production-line machinery, enabling robust data synchronisation and seamless process management. It delivers end-to-end traceability, regulatory compliance and quality control, supporting efficient and intelligent manufacturing operations.
