6. Process Management

Module Overview

Process Management covers the complete order-to-production flow. Each customer order is released to an assembly line as a work order, monitored live as the product is built, and any faulty item is sent to the repair station with the reason it failed. Quality checks and product reports are later recorded against the same order (Chapters 7 and 9).
